Why Choose Trenchless Pipe Repair Over Replacement?
| When pipes fail, every hour of downtime impacts your bottom line. Traditional pipe replacement often means:
❌ Weeks of shutdowns in key building areas ❌ Floors, walls, and landscaping torn apart ❌ Tenant relocations and major business disruption ❌ Extra expenses from collateral damage and repairs |
With CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) Lining, our trenchless pipe repair avoids those headaches:
✅ Repairs pipes internally (no digging required) ✅ Protects your property from costly damage ✅ Keeps your business running with minimal downtime ✅ Extends the life of your pipes by 50+ years |
Trenchless Pipe Repair: Our Process
Cleaning
We begin by cleaning the pipe with a hydro jetter or specialized mechanical tools to remove debris, clogs, and root intrusions. This step restores the pipe back to its original diameter, preparing it for lining.
Installation
Next, an epoxy-saturated liner is pulled into place using existing access points (like a cleanout, toilet or roof vent). A rubber bladder is then inflated, pressing the liner securely against the pipe wall.
Restoration
Within just a few hours, the epoxy cures and hardens. The bladder is removed, leaving behind a smooth, seamless “new” pipe inside the old one. We then do another camera inspection to verify the installation.
