CIPP Lining for Sewer and Storm Drain Pipes in California
CIPP lining is an advanced trenchless technology that restores your existing sewer pipe without the need for a full replacement.
It’s safe and ideal for damaged or deteriorating pipes (especially older cast iron pipes common in the area) that haven’t fully collapsed.
Trenchless pipe lining comes with several advantages over traditional excavation:
- Less invasive and destructive
- Less downtime due to a faster process
- Less expensive than pipe replacement
- A durable and long-lasting repair solution
- No need to leave your home or business during repairs
The Advantages of Trenchless Pipe Lining
Seamless Pipe-Within-A-Pipe Solutions |
Trenchless Installation Process |
Enhanced Durability in California |
| – Forms a durable liner within the existing pipe, eliminating weak points where cracks, corrosion, and root intrusion typically occur – Eliminates vulnerable connection points where traditional dig-and-replace or patch repairs often fail over time – Flexible, continuous liner adapts naturally to soil movement and ground shifts |
– Protects property, landscaping, driveways, and paved areas during installation – Minimal disturbance to daily operations or residents – Projects are completed faster than traditional dig-and-replace methods – Uses existing access points for a trenchless installation, eliminating the need for excavation |
– Engineered to withstand California’s temperature variations – Ideal for California’s aging cast iron pipes at risk of corrosion – Helps prevent future clogs, corrosion, and backups in sewer and storm drain systems – 50+ year lifespan in California conditions |
Our Process
Step 1: Comprehensive Video Inspection
We use advanced camera equipment to view and assess your pipe system, identifying problem areas and recommend the most effective repair or lining solution for your home or business.
Step 2: Professional Pipe Cleaning
We remove roots and other debris from your pipes using hydrojetting and mechanical cleaning tools, restoring your pipes’ original diameter.
Step 3: CIPP Lining Installation
Our resin-saturated liner is installed using an internal rubber bladder that expands the liner tightly against the inside of the existing pipe. Once the liner cures in place, the bladder is removed, leaving a fully functional new pipe within your existing pipe. This process restores structural integrity, improves drainage, and extends your pipe’s lifespan.
