Trenchless Pipe Repair with Cured In Place Pipe Lining
Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining technology, often referred to as epoxy repair, is our cutting-edge pipe relining method that installs a felt liner saturated with a two-part epoxy, which cures to the inside of your existing sewer and drain pipes, eliminating common issues like cracks, root intrusion, and clogs with minimal disruption to your home or business’s operations and grounds. We don’t even have to remove your old pipes.
CIPP Lining Technology 101: Understanding Trenchless Pipe Repair
Sewer and drain pipes in Florida face unprecedented stresses and challenges with surging floods, inclement weather, and other unpredictable temperature fluctuations. However, in recent years the Florida peninsula has seen extreme conditions, which often lead to premature piping failures.
Epoxy repair and CIPP lining allow us to serve homes and businesses across Florida without digging up the old pipes or disrupting your business indefinitely. Trenchless repair is ideal for sewer and drain line pipes that carry wastewater from your property to the public sewer system. Issues within these pipes can cause foul odors and other headaches that require immediate response. CIPP’s cost-effective nature is conducive to proactive maintenance and efficient repairs when necessary.
Here’s our step-by-step process:

Step 1: Cleaning
We use a hydrojetter and other mechanical cleaning tools to push out debris and clogs and identify damage and root intrusions. Cleaning is a crucial step to ensure the pipes are at their original shape and diameter.

Step 2: Installation
We pull an epoxy-saturated liner through an existing access point, such as a toilet or roof vent, and then we inflate a rubber bladder to fix the liner against the existing pipe wall.

Step 3: Restored Pipe
In just a few short hours, the epoxy cures and sets. At that point we deflate the bladder, and you’re left with a newly restored pipe. No digging. No headaches.
